I having some problem with cpe ,client is unreachable

I have issue with CPE i had acs server in ubuntu v20 and microtik is connected and is now reachable with genieacs

from microtik second port I just connected a DLINK-DIR-615 and it is connect with pppoe and it showes the device in genieacs but it shows the device is unreachable but the device is connected and it is reachable in microtik

I too have same problem. Had u cleared this issue. If so, pls guide me

It could be a network issue like natting, or D-LINK firewall preventing Genie pinging the device. Perhaps you can troubleshooting by checking your D-LINK device is pingable from GenieACS server shell.

I have tried that in mikrotik the local IP is reaching inside mikrotik but in ubuntu where I installed geneieacs SSH shell the IP are not pinging and I’m not sure I tried nat(masquerade) and everything if there is any other thing I need to please let me know it will be really a big help

i would like to know how you solve this. because i can ping to devices in my lan but not to those which are connected to my acs via internet.
