Creating a second post for the same topic will not solve the problem.
GenieACS is not a plug and play system. Nor will it really ever be by its nature. I’ve seen enough posts from you on this forum to come to the conclusion that you need a level of help and support that really isn’t possible in free support area such as this.
I highly suggest you get a support contract and can get the level of help you need.
