Registrar una ONT

Hello, what happens is that I installed v1.2.9 and I try to register my devices, the mikrotik registers it without any problem but the ONTs are not registered, in the genieacs log there is no record of errors in the connection attempt and in the log of some ONT it tells me that TIMER expired and I no longer know what to do to be able to register my ONT

Verify some info:

  • Acs url shuld be set on the ont tr069 configuration, http://your.acs.ip:7547/
  • Ont wan must be declared as tr069 wan.
  • Check conectivity between ont and acs server.
