Reconnecting CPE

Hi All,

I am a fresh user of GenieACS.
I recently had a CPE (Genexis) succesfully connected to GenieACS. As I wanted to do a refresh of all the things I had been trying I reconfigured the CPE and wanted to start over.

I configure manually the GenieACS url in the CPE (as I did the previous attempt) and I do see the CPE available in GenieACS but when I try to Summon I get a ‘CPE is down’ error.

Somehow the inform is working as the status of the CPE is within 5 minutes. But I cannot control the CPE from GenieACS.

Any Idea where to find this problem?
