No contact from cpe

I have a problem with the Genie, I was able to add the ONT that is shown, but now when I want to refresh the values ​​of the parameters using the “summon” button, I get an error that says “no contact from cpe”, what is this error due to? ?, thanks for any help.

I have encountered this situation before, and finally found that it is related to the account password of the TR069 platform. You can pay attention to the following CPE connection account and reverse connection account configuration. CPE needs to fill in the correct platform connection account and reverse connection account.

is there any way to accept any values of username and passowrd in cwmp.connectionRequestAuth ?

Did you confirm that the Connection Request values are correct on the ACS and your device?

How can I check that and can you help me with the steps please? as im very new to this.

After clicking on your device, go to the All Parameters section below and look for these values:

The Username and Password shown here should match what was set in your device by the GenieACS script.
Log into your device, find the TR69 section and see if it matches,

It matches with the CPE device and still sometimes I get the error “No contact to CPE”. Only after I click retry multiple times it works.

If it works some of the time, you should enable debugging on the ACS and see what happens (or doesn’t) when you try to Summon.
