Reboot and Push buttons and sumon button

Hi all

My ACS is working fine , but Reboot and push buttons on device page, which exist in down coloumn, is not working.

when i press any button, it is going normally in queue, but i press button, it is showing device is offline.

but the device is in online only, when i refresh page it is giving new inform time

when i press sumon button it is showing like this

Solve issue #2 and issue #1 will be resolved.

You should read the docs. The solution for #2 is in the documentation. I even pointed you to the correct section the other day.
