it depends if your device can recive the active connections request
you can setup debugging between the acs and device in config by adding
Key: cwmp.debug
Value: id = “full-device-id”
then check the debug log from genieacs
i have had multiple devices where the tr69 agent crashes and the connection requests dosen’t work, however doing a queued reboot resolved my issue, but then a reboot can take up to X time depending on the inform interval
