Hi, I am testing the reboot feature of my ACS. But every time I hit the reboot button I get device is offline pop-up

The device is online and normal operations are successful. Can someone please guide me on what could be the possible problem?

Also, please help me find where I can read about the reboot flow in the code. Where do I start from?
