I’m completely new to this world of genieacs and linux but I really like to study and know things, I managed to register a Huawei HG8245v5 ont in genie acs but when I hit the summon button I get the message NO CONTACT FROM CPE, I accidentally removed the parameter ping from the settings could that be the problem?

basic checks:
verify you can ping the CPE from the ACS
same to the ACS from the CPE
verify the ACS is registered on the CPE config under Advanced / System Management / TR-069
enable genieacs debug
to read the log in realtime:
$ tail -f /var/log/genieacs/genieacs-debug.yaml
Make sure no firewall is blocking traffic.

when i try to use this command i get this
tail: cannot open ‘/var/log/genieacs/genieacs-debug.yaml’ for reading: No such file or directory
tail: no files remaining
ive turned off the firewall nothing changes.
check the picture of my ont tr069 configuration
ima doing right? that Connection Request User Name:" its the pppoe that i use to connect with the isp right?
now im getting connection request error: unexpected error 401…
from genieacs i cant ping my external ip but from CPE to the genieacs ping works fine.
now I can ping from acs server to cpe and from cpe to acs server aswell but that error Pinging error are still there, I saw here on forum that is because of the syntax of the ping but I don’t know where change it.
