I am unable to set up the ACS, OLT, and CPE in a closed (isolated) network environment

Hello,

I referred to the official GenieACS documentation and deployed GenieACS on a laptop running Ubuntu 22.04.

I purchased a V1600GS OLT along with three ONUs — HG8120C, EG8145X6, and G-1426-MA — and attempted a closed-network TR-069 simulation using the following setup:

[GenieACS - RJ45(GE1) - OLT - Optical Patch Cord(PON) - ONU]

So far, none of the CPEs have successfully connected to the ACS.

Below is the configuration screen of the V1600GS OLT and G-1426-MA

I can confirm that the CPEs are registered to the OLT via the PON port, but when I run tcpdump on the ACS laptop, I see no traffic at all.

Please help me.
