GenieACS Pushing Files

Hi,
I am new to GenieACS, and am trying to push config/firmware files to CPEs. I added the file to “Files” section in the Admin section.

But when I go to the device and select the Push File option, I can’t see the file I want to push.

Verify the OUI and product class you entered for the file is the same OUI and product class as the device.

Multitech isn’t a valid OUI, so I suspect it doesn’t match the OUI of your device…
