Issue in Pushing Firmware via Genie ACS

I am facing an issue while trying to push a firmware upgrade to the ONT using GenieACS. after i added file via file options in admin tab ? please kindly look help to me asap

The error seems clear…Incorrect connection request credentials.

Can you confirm the username and password on both the ACS and the CPE are the same?

No ACS -USER NAME- Airtelacs

P/w -airtelacs and cpe side - acs, acs

Are there any faults listed for this device?

I suspect that there are faults, and you would need to address them before trying firmware upgrades, etc.
Can you show the list of faults?

it’s mandotary fill the CPE USERNAME AND P/W like how before we submit the acs url in cwmp or after Genieacs connected ? how to fill this

By default, the ACS username and password gets set by genieACS, the first time it registers.

If this device is already on your ACS, you can delete it and then enter admin for both the ACS username and ACS password.
You can also enter admin for the CPE username and CPE password.

Once the device registers on the ACS, return to the above page and see if the username and password was changed.
