Connectivity Issues between GenieACS and My Router

Hello,

I am experiencing connectivity issues between GenieACS and my ZLT X25 MAX2 router. I am trying to use the public IP provided by Ngrok to establish this connection. While the GenieACS user interface indicates that the device is online, I receive the message: “FC3FFC-ZLT%20X25%20MAX2-X25ML2867873071237418: No contact from CPE” when I attempt to summon it. It seems that using the public IP is failing to connect with the router for sending information.

Additionally, I would like to know how to:

1. Expose the router’s data through the API using its ID, tags, or serial number.

2. Connect to the ACS for real-time statistics, possibly including a detailed router information page.

3. Programmatically configure the routers.
