New To Genieacs and need help

Hello everyone

I recently installed genieacs using proxmox from some youtube tutorial and want to configure router, gpon onts, etc remotely with tr069 i was testing with Tp link xc220-g3v but am not able to connect or get tplink router into genieacs device section also trying to ping my genieacs ip Address from tplink router diagnos its failed to ping i have turned off all firewall settings in both proxmox web where i created ubintu 22.04 for acs and in tplink router

Am not technically good but a fast learner any help will be appreciated :slightly_smiling_face:

How is your ACS configured? Is it on the public internet? Can the router/ONT ping the ACS server?

Sorry am not technically that good i followed some youtube videos which is in indonesian language cant find any tutorials but i think it is on private internet from my router

If you are not very technically inclined, GenieACS may not be the right solution for your situation. GenieACS is not a turn-key solution.

Am currently using cms provided by olt vendor C-Data its nice but few routers onts not work properly which i saw in genieacs works well

So currently i have a GPON OLT and GenieACS installed via proxmox what are the other things do i need do i need mikrotik or anything else :slightly_smiling_face:

Guys i email to genieacs support thinking to get corporate support but didn’t get any reply or response yet how much time it takes to support team to response? Its been 2-3 days i had email them :blush:

Have you emailed sales@genieacs.com to engage in a paid support contract?

Yes i simply asked for Pricing in short like what is the Pricing of Genieacs :sweat_smile:
