Can't connect from a TalkTalk Business connection

Hi all,

We’ve got Genieacs up and running successfully with several suppliers, including CityFibre, Giacom, BT Wholesale, and others – everything’s working perfectly there.

However, we’re having trouble getting it to detect devices on a TalkTalk Business (PXC) connection. The ACS doesn’t seem to see or receive any requests from devices on that network.

Has anyone else experienced this issue with TalkTalk Business?

We’re wondering if it could be due to ISP-level restrictions, such as a walled garden setup or the need to whitelist our ACS server IP.

Any insights or suggestions would be much appreciated!

It wouldn’t shock me one bit if the ISP blocks connections to port 7547. I’ve seen ISP block all sorts of ports because they are lazy and don’t want to secure things properly.
