Your CPE vendor has changed the OUI. The ACS ID is comprised of {OUI}-{ProductClass}-{SerialNumber}.
I’ve had a vendor do this before, the best solution is a nightly cleanup script. Or you can call an extension script to remove the old CPE from GenieACS when you detect an affected CPE.
thanks, the change of the OUI in the latest FW is the cause of the issue. Luckily I noticed this in the FW testing phase so I can ask from vendor to revert back to the old OUI
