ACS configuration for FTTH ONT

we are using ONT/Router for FTTH connection that seems to have TR069 support but its very new to me
can anyone suggest if i can create PPPoE connections on ONT using the TR069 and also can i configure the SIP setting on the ont??

currently i am doing same via web portal of ONT/Router but i want a centrally manged system

maybe you can prepare a default configuration using OLT management, where you define general PPPoE username and password and like this you permit every new devices to contact GenieAcs and download right configuration.
