ACS can initiate a session with Device in Emergency purpose..Anyone tell me clarity of it

    I have seen connection request…It’s makes the device to contact with acs…But here CPE will initiate or ACS ?..I need to know any possible ways are there to server initiate a session with device

A CPE can initiate a connection to the ACS at any time. The CPE can also be requested to initiate a connection to the ACS by making a request to the ConnectionRequestURL. This is something the ACS handles itself.

Mine doubt is ACS can initiate a session Is it possible…Acs can do any operation like firmware upgrade or get or set operation without cpe initiate a session…ACS can initiate first?
