How large is the firmware file? HTTP 413 is “Content Too Large”
I searched through the code, and GenieACS does not directly emit a 413 status code. Do you have a reverse proxy in front of your GenieACS UI that could be filtering upload sizes?
file only size 12MB im not use proxy
