Tab Admin v1.28

Hello I´m starting with genieacs, I have problem that there is no Admin Tab accessible from GUI. Software version is 1.2.8

>  "name": "genieacs",
>   "version": "1.2.8+20211027200938",

I´m using admin/admin for login,

users.yml:

admin:
    password: admin
    roles: [admin]

But I can´t see admin tab.

EDIT:
for the record I just realized an important fact, I have the same version installed in a test environment and the web page does not match the screenshot provided by the OP.

I install 2 times, with script, with the same result, finally, I install it, manually and it´s works.
