Admin tab not available

Hi Team,

I have problem that after manual (and also script) installation there is no Admin Tab accessible from GUI. Software version is 1.2.8 .
All other tabs are visible and working fine. Also I can connect and see some basic devices to the ACS so overall installation looks fine.

What I need to configure to have access to Admin Configuration tab?

It looks like, there is a problem with the permission.
