can anyone tell how to get device info in genieacs, when Syrotech OLT integrated with Genexis ONT
Hi Soban,
First step is get your ONT working with the OLT, then you need to configure ACS parameters in your ONT like ACS URL or send to ONT via OMCI (if your ONT supports it).
This URL need to be reachable from the ONT.
When you got this, you can take a look for the next steps here GenieACS Documentation
Regards

Hi,
Please enable debug in your ACS server and paste here to help you
Regards
how to enable debug, already i am getting log like “worker listening” in all the 4-services.
can u briefly explain, how to enble debug
If you are using GenieACS v1.2+ go to ‘Admin’ tab and then click over ‘Config’ in left side menu. Search on the list if there are any entry called ‘cwmp.debug’ and set it to ‘true’ clicking on their edit button. If not exists, click on ‘New config’ button at bottom and set this values:
Key: cwmp.debug
Value: true
Save it and now you have enabled debug in your GenieACS.
Regards.
need to give double quotes for true. Where i will get debug logs
root@ubuntu:/usr/lib/node_modules/genieacs/bin# journalctl -f -u genieacs-cwmp

for UI only i am getting these logs
for cwmp, nbi and fs contains 0 lines
If you aren’t getting any log is because your CPE is not reaching your ACS server. Please, check network configuration on booth ends (ACS and CPE) and make sure that CPE is able to reach ACS IP address.
is there any configutation required in OLT , because, i studied that, when we connect both OLT and ONT, we will display devices in Genieacs directly , without any configuration
it is displaying
count devices not authorised
when i am using my CPE- to check whether device is working or not.
I connected Genexis WIFI router to OLT, i am able to login Genieacs through CPE internet

In this forum we could help for GenieACS only not for another devices. For that, please contact with vendor.

Ok, in that case ¿Have you any device present in GenieACS ‘Devices’ tab?
no devices
Have you configured correctly ACS/CWMP settings in your CPE?
Please, send us a screenshot with ACS/CWMP settings of your CPE
here i am getting error while i am uploading image.
yesterday i got packets from CPE, i saw on wireshark. But now not coming.
Acs url 192.168.1.130:3000

(the username and password can be any, by default, acs does not check this)

In ACS config - you will need to create “cwmp.connectionRequestAuth”
If you have not changed the default provision script, the login and password will be changed automatically when the CPE is connected to ACS for the first time.
