I purchase new public ip For Int_tr069
ont report to acs via port Forwording
but when i refresh parameters err show device is Offline
i tried on 2 onts err is same
when its connected seperately on Lan static ip its working ok
also check port is open from isp side
also attach ss Plz check and Give Solution
this ont connect on public ip

That error usually means that the ACS does not have connectivity to the CPE.

acs work ok when its on Lan Network
When you click the Summon button, the communication is from ACS to CPE.
I don’t know how to ping cpe from acs
ConnectionRequest port is 7547

To ping from the ACS to the CPE, you would need command line access. Whether from terminal or SSH.
Port 7547 is usually the port used on the ACS for the CPE to send data.

Sorry but I didn’t notice sooner that your CPE has a private IP.
Are you using CGNAT or behind double-NAT?
If YES to one of the above, then you would need to setup STUN to be able to summon the CPE.
You can search in the forum for how to set that up.
Also, your CPE needs port 8888 open for the summon to work.

still summon not working
i think genieacs configuration is pending
i check lots of forum but not find

What version of GenieACS are you using?
Please share what you did so that it can help others in the future.
My server is still 1.2.9 and I recall other folks mentioned stun failing on newer versions.
I cannot remember the steps that I took to get my own working because it has been so long.
