Regards,
If the ACS shows the device as “Offline” then you can’t execute those commands.
It looks like those devices are using CGNAT. If they are, you would have to consider using STUN.
You can find more about it in the forum.
device behind Huawei BRAS traditional NAT…
Does the ACS have a public or private IP?
It looks like your device is NATed behind a public IP. You may still have to use STUN to manage it.
GeniesACS—>same IP subnet 10.150.x.x/24---->BRAS----private IP pool 10.x.x.x/16----->CPE NAT—192.168.50.0/24 private IP—>LAN
BRAS has multiple interface, public interface not connect CPE and GenieACS.
Couple of questions:
If the CPE is behind a traditional NAT how can you ping the CPE from the ACS?
Can you ping the CPE from the ACS?
Does your CPE perform a periodic inform?
curl -v 10.74.50.161:7547

I can ping CPE <—> ACS.
CPE directly connected to BRAS, BRAS inside interface connected to ACS.
Since time on screenshot no inform message to ACS.
Can you provide a screenshot of the TR-069 client config screen for your device?
Can you provide this value for your device: “InternetGatewayDevice.ManagementServer.ConnectionRequestURL”
Your ACS should be changing the Periodic Inform Interval.
Is your ACS changing changing it to 300?
Are there any errors in GenieACS when the device informs the first time?
You may need to delete the device from your ACS and see what happens.

First time no any error.
From your screenshots, the connection request username and possibly the password do not match.
Are you sure there are no errors the first time this device registers on your ACS?
