I want to perform the sim locking, but I can not get the ICCID and IMSI in GenieACS. However, in the dashboard of the Router, I see it and am using TR-069 . How to fix this issues

Did you navigate the entire tree for the parameter?

Does the device provide those values via TR69?

Some of my devices has the IMSI at this location:

  • InternetGatewayDevice.X_3GPPLTE_DeviceInfo.TerminalEquipment.IMSI
  • InternetGatewayDevice.WANDevice.2.X_ATP_WANUMTSInterfaceConfig.IMSI
