Hello guys i have problem with HG8245H5 to ACS, in log HG8245H5 (,Result:Success,Type:Set,InternetGatewayDevice.ManagementServer:) but When viewed on the GenieACS dashboard, the device does not appear.
You will need to look in the logs. Log file location will be specified in the genieacs.env file.
Previously, thank you for replying to my question, after checking in the log cwmp-access, the device does not send CWMP, can I get a solution or suggestion so that the device can send CWMP
Sounds like a device issue. Contact the manufacturer.
