I try many configs , but every one dont work.

They are comunicating , buth dont work… 
Problem lies elsewhere, networking or cpe by itself. Try enabling periodic inform and then check cpe internal logs. Make sure to isolate the test environment as much as possible. Worst case scenario you will have do to some tcpdump.
Enable Periodic Inform Enable at the ONU side, and Put Connect Request Username and Connect Request Password as same as Username and Password.
