I have configured an IP subnet, gateway, and DNS manually in the router. However, when I check the gateway in GenieACS, it shows blank. When I input a new gateway instead of blank and submit it, the router changes properly. But whenever I refresh or click on summon for the gateway, it starts showing blank again. These parameters are for InternetGatewayDevice.WANDevice.1.WANConnectionDevice.2.WANIPConnection.1.DefaultGateway."
This sounds like a device issue. I would engage with your vendor.
