Error with Grandstream when edit a parameter

Hello, I’m working with mikrotik and grandstream devices and mikrotik works fine, but I have some problems with grandstream.

The device register correctly to the GenieACS server but when I edit some parameter or send a reboot to the GrandStream device I get an “No contact from device” error.

The connection request credentials work correctly because as the same that I use in the mikrotik

You need it create input rule on MTik firewall dst.port 7547 accept

I test this in a LAN environment, the mikrotik are another device in the LAN, GrandStream are connected directly to the main switch like the GenieACS server, it isn’t the problem.
