I install my genieacs and the cpe appears on my devices, but the ping gives me an error or unreachable and every time I want to perform an action on a cpe, it tells me that the device is offline. also when I do a ping from the server to the cpe I have no response. I use version 1.2.7 and I have my server in DMZ zone
