Connection request error: Unexpected status code 403

Hello fellas, I am completely new to using GenieACS and TR-069.

Configuring ONT Huawei I had no problems, some failures but I was able to solve them.

My problem is with the Nokia ONT, I configured the TR-069 server in the Nokia OLT and it worked, the ONT was loaded in the GeniesACS, but when I try to change the password or reboot it, it gives me the following error:

“Connection request error: Unexpected status code 403”

I’ve searched the forum but couldn’t find a topic about it.

Am very new to GenieACS and was asking to be guided how you configured the GUI to manage both Huawei and Nokia. Any help you could provide will be greatly appreciated.

Rather impolite @akcoder don’t you think? Are you the forums moderator? I was asking the originator of the post a question, since it’s very similar to my scenario, even if it’s a year old.
