Strange Condition while connection

Hi All Genie Folks/Brothers,

We intend to make a connection with a GenieACS, however, the TCPIP connection was rejected. Means, we even not starting any information exchange

We checked the URL, User Name and password all is correct, is there someone to help on us,

Hi Folks,

We found the user name, password, url is correct by using another model (able to connect)

But the new model wasn’t, and having a error 111, can someone please help?

This is a TCP level issue which is more a network and OS thing. I doubt you can get the help you need here.
