Add new preset with event "1 BOOT"

I would like to add a new preset to trigger a Set parameter value RPC when the CPE initiates a session with Event “1 BOOT”, but the preset configuration (see picture) does not work.
How can I perform such preset ?
the purpose of this preset is to set the value of SSID when the CPE sent the event “1 BOOT”

Try removing the quotes from around the event code.

Same problem after removing the quotes from around the event, even after restarting genieacs.
