Our customers have ONU and behind use 1 or 2 routers, we wanted to access both the ONU and the router behind it. See information for both.

Look at using STUN. I believe its designed for what you are trying to do.
can you explain me a little more about? is my first contact and I can’t find much or understand about this STUN

Is the ONU a Bridge or does it use NAT?
When it is in Bridge Mode there are no issues.
I have a simular setup with an onu and Routers. The routers must not cascade, otherwise you need a stun service for NAT traversal.
