Some doubts regarding the events

First of all, thanks to this great community for the excellent product.
But I still have some basic questions and haven’t been able to find the key.
I installed Genieacs and set option 43 on my devices, and most of my network appeared.
I have Genieacs by default. I was able to create a only script wich is trigger during a reset (bootstrap), which works perfectly for ZTE.
But I haven’t been able to find the key regarding the provisioning scripts during the inform (periodic) and default (boot) events.
What I noticed is that when I change the inform(periodic) script, new devices provisioned with the script I was using (it was for ZTE) stop working (the summon button doesn’t work). New devices provisioned with the script give a communication error. If I disable the inform script (return to default), erase the device, and reset it to factory settings, the summon button works correctly.
I hope the post is understood, sorry for my English translated with Google.
These are for now mi presets:

The new inform script I’m trying to implement is to automatically update the network name instead of using the summon button. It’s disabled now.

You will need to provide log entries from GenieACS, any error messages from the CPE, and the contents of the script in question.

Thanks, I’m still debugging. What I recently noticed is that with just one provisioning script in bootstrap event (0) and the rest by default, two of my provisioned devices went offline after 2 days. The devices in question are online. The last event was approximately a few hours ago, and checking the OLT log, it coincides with a LOS event (fiber optic event).
When I logged into one of the devices, it lost the connection request URL parameter. I’m attaching an image.

Can these devices be recovered to bring them back online without erasing the device from the Genie and resetting it to factory settings?
