I prepared frontend provisioning form for my companys field technicians in order to allow them to enter some WiFi values during the initial provisioning (0 BOOTSTRAP event) of the FWA devices (I plan to use Genieacs for the provisioning of that type of the devices in my company).
Entered values from this form are written into the serialnumber.txt file and are read using the FileRead extension function.
That function has been used by the bootstrap provision script
All that works just fine, but it depends on the field technician who needs to enter the serial number of the device properly in the frontend provisioning form. Since errors are possible I decided to check deliberately that scenario.
As expected when serial number is not entered properly I got the following error:
But, when that error (i.e. wrong serial number) has been corrected it is not possible to provision the device properly for around 10 minutes unless you delete the fault from GenieACS GUI which is not an option since field technicians will not have the access to it.
Do you know what might be the reason that somebody needs to wait for around 10 minutes in order to run properly the provision script again?
