Problema na comunicação entre CPES e Genieacs

Good morning, we are using GenieACS and it has been working correctly; however, for a portion of our equipment (3%), we are receiving the error:

“faultCode: ‘9002’ faultString: Internal error setParameterValuesFault: null”.

We are able to retrieve information from the CPEs, but we are unable to execute actions from GenieACS.

9000 series errors are CPE faults. You would need to check syslog on the CPE for more information on the cause. If there is no info in syslog, you will need to attach a USB TTL adapter to the internal 4 pin serial header. Not every vendor populates the 4 pin header, but I have yet to see a CPE without the option to install the header.

The serial settings are usually 115200, 8n1
