We changed Server’s IP,rebooted server but the status about Online devices did not changed. Why?
Can you tell me How long did the status about Online devices change from “Online now” to " Past 24 hours"?

A device is considered as Online when the last inform was in the last 5 minutes.
You can change that in the charts configuration.
