Recently I have noticed that genieacs shows devices dropping offline, however the devices are online. After a reboot, all show connected again, but after several hours, it shows them dropping again. Again rebooting fixes it for a few hours… Which logs should I share to help diagnose this?

So, I found my issue… One of my techs tried to set up a preset to refresh all parameters for every device every 15 minutes which seemed to tax the system. I removed the preset and all is well.

I am facing the same problem every time I create a preset to refresh some parameters that need to be refreshed every 15 minutes or so. What is the solution to this problem?
