Hello everyone,
I’m getting the “No contact from CPE” error when I refresh a parameter.
The connection request is successfully executed, but a few seconds later the error appears in the Web GUI.
The issue only occurs on high-latency networks — with the same CPE and configuration on a fiber connection, everything works perfectly.
I’ve tried increasing several timeouts, but it didn’t help.
On the CPE side (pcap), there are no errors.
After the connection request, the CPE takes around 5 seconds to respond.
Any idea what I can adjust to avoid this kind of problem?
