No this ONT CPE is a bridge CPE does not support ACS Client.

Thank you. Where I can find information if it is support ACS Client?
If I use HL-GSFP with some device can I add it to ACS?

This is a GPON ONT with one LAN Port , and doesn’t have the RGW Features ,

If a not doesn’t have the RGW Feature it can not be managed over TR69.

It can be managed only through OMCI / EMS .
