HowTo Troubleshoot 400 Bad Request issue

Hi,
I´m going to test a new CPE from Icotera. I do see a Inform on ACS but ACS instantly sends a 400 Bad Request without anything in logging, debug.yml … Is there anything I can do to see whats wrong?
PCAP is attached, I woud be very happy if someone may point me to the right direction.

Turn on debug for the CPE in question in the GenieACS Admin UI and paste the SOAP trace in here. Please ensure you put the soap trace in a code block, thats ``` on a new line, followed by a new line with you soap trace, and ending with ``` on a new line.

I also having trouble to get the Icotera to work.
Model is i6407-55 with 2.5.2 firmware.

This is what i get in the cwmp debug:
