Hi,

What is the time rate of KEEP ALIVE. whether 5sec or 5minutes.

In which file, we will have this keep alive .in genieacs. we installed 1.2.5 version.

pls provide clear info

You shouldn’t need to set keep alive manually. It defaults to whatever the session timeout is (30 seconds by default).
