Genie ACS and phone devices not giving ip or mac on UI page

Good day all

Thanks for everything and the support and assistance I have received by far.

I have one last challenge.

We have now over a 1000 phones loaded onto Genie ACS
My challenge I am faced with are the following

Yealink phones doesn’t show me any MAC address on the ui index page

I also noticed its like Genie ACS can’t pic up the mac on any parameter

Grandstream phones shows it exactly how I wanted

also under the parameters how can I make the label is for “IP” , that it shows Device.LAN.IPAddress AND
InternetGatewayDevice.WANDevice.1.WANConnectionDevice.1.WANIPConnection.1.ExternalIPAddress

also for mac

InternetGatewayDevice.WANDevice.1.WANConnectionDevice.1.WANIPConnection.1.MACAddress 0c383e4de4ee

You need to refresh those values if you want them to display. This is covered in the docs.
