Hi all, I’m trying to do a firmware upgrade using nbi service but I’m having 9010 error.
File URL is available for CPE, I received 7 TRANSFER COMPLETED but after 9010 error, someone can help-me?
Using 1.2.9 genieacs version with HTTPS
9xxx series error codes are CPE errors. Look at the logs on the CPE for the root cause of the issue.
