CPE faultcode 9017

We are having trouble with upgrade of CPE’s. When we hook it up it receives a firmware upgrade (if needed) and reboots. GenieACS looses contact and puts it in Faults with the following code: “FAULTCODE: 9017 FAULTSTRING: Cannot complete download” in the Faults.
In our installations we mainly use Genexis fibertwist CPE’s.

If I destroy/delete the fault, upgrade of the CPE will be successful with the next cwmp renew. As a workaround we had to make a small script that deletes these faults every few minutes…

Has anyone experienced the same fault?

9xxx fault codes are CPE specific. I suggest checking the syslog on the CPE to see what the underlying issue might be.
