Example script for "refreshObject" and "getParameterValues"

Hello colleagues,

I’m starting with GenieASC and I use this server for automation and management of network equipment.
I am having problems and losing the parameters of the equipment every 24 hours for some unknown reason and I would like to create a script to be executed every 2 hours to obtain the main parameters.
Can this script be configured in “virtual parameters”?

refreshObject
getParameterValues

can anybody help me?

I have no idea what you are talking about. What version of GenieACS are you running? How do they parameters “disappear” - can you share a screenshot to show what you mean?
