DownloadDignostics failing over the D-Link router

I am trying to test the download speed of my D-link router but when i am doing the Download Diagnostics test, i am getting this error “Error_TransferFailed”.
I use this url as my download url: https://www.sample-videos.com/zip/100mb.zip

What do you think the error can be?

Kindly help if someone can

Look at the logs on your CPE. If nothing is exposed in the CPE logs, then you will need to pop the unit open and connect a USB → TTL cable to the onboard 4 pin serial header. Set your terminal software for 115200 8n1. You can almost certainly find the pinout on the internet. You only need ground, rx and tx. You do not need vcc.

Once you have that connected and can successfully view the serial console, initiate a download diagnostics test again.
