Devices online but not reachable

I have STUn runing in the same server as the ACS V1.2.9

and reuseaddr on the stun server

I can see connection between CPE and STUN but its only sending not receiving

any idea why?

same problem here, i can see my cpe public ip from ‘Device.ManagementServer.UDPConnectionRequestAddress’

but device offline at ui
