I need your support I am new to this GenieACS system, I managed to install and start it but I have a problem.

I configure the router parameters

ACS URL https://*******:7547/
Connection Request Username : admin
Connection Request Password : admin

But after a while it changes the parameter " Connection Request Username " changes it to the device ID and I lose the option to connect

Connection Request Username : 544617-F660-ZTELQJQM9J00774
Connection Request Password : admin

Does anyone know why that happens or how I can prevent it from being changed and leave them with these established parameters.

after getting connection, ACS will automatically changes these usrname and password.

User name is : ONU details and password will be the any random number

Try disabling Connection request Username and password in inform field.

This is not accurate.

Go to Admin tab → Provisions → show the “inform”
From there you can declare a new or modify the two below parameters which are responsible of the behavior you are observing:

InternetGatewayDevice.ManagementServer.ConnectionRequestUsername
InternetGatewayDevice.ManagementServer.ConnectionRequestPassword
